Fair Play Terms

Greetings. By choosing to play on PlayKeys, you enter into a simple agreement with us. These terms are here to ensure that the music keeps flowing fairly for everyone. If you have any concerns, please reach us at info@bhavsarneev.de.

Developer and Property

PlayKeys is a proprietary application designed and built by Bhavsar Neev. All code, custom sound parameters, and visual assets are intellectual property of the developer. We grant you a limited, non-commercial license to use the app for personal music creation.

Your Creations

You own the rights to the music you create using PlayKeys. While we provide the instruments, the melodies are yours. However, by uploading a "Tutorial," you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display and share that tutorial with other users within the platform. This is to ensure that our community-driven learning library remains accessible to all.

User Conduct

We believe in a respectful musical community. You must not:

  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the application's audio engine.
  • Upload tutorials containing offensive, derogatory, or copyrighted names/material.
  • Attempt to breach the security of our user databases.
  • Use automated scripts to generate or manipulate recordings.

Warranty and Liability

Music is an art, not a science. PlayKeys is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and high-fidelity audio, the developer Bhavsar Neev is not liable for any data loss (such as unsaved recordings) or hardware issues resulting from the use of our web-based audio engine. We do our best to ensure a stable environment, but please remember to save your work frequently.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account that violates these fair play terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the abuse of our tutorial upload system or any behavior that compromises the integrity of our codebase.

Updates to Terms

As the app grows, so will these terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed about your rights and responsibilities. Your continued play after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
